My Bowl Cozy Tutorial
I sew each step 2 times,
except the last step i sew 3 times,
so a stronger bowl cozy
To measure bowl, i turn bowl upside down
Then measure from lip one side over to the lip on the other side
Your measuring outside of bowl.
If the sides of cozy is not standing up around the bowl enough,
Using a ruler, Angle off triangle on pattern so the points
are a (lttle) farther in on the pattern, If the sides is standing up, but
the cozy isnt snug enough, cut the triangles a (little) Wider.
These are great when carrying hot bowls,or for
like eating hot soup when not eating at the table.
If Thin Batting, i use 2 pieces for each fabric piece
So you would cut 4 batting, and 2 fabric
